Mojang is mostly known for Minecraft, but we make other cool things, too. Our second game, the the card-collecting tactical battler Scrolls was released in 2014, and we’ve continued to fill out the Minecraft family with Story Mode, an ongoing series of narrative adventures set in the world of Minecraft, developed by Telltale Games. In 2016 we published the long-awaited Cobalt, an awesome side-scrolling robo-blaster by Oxeye Game Studio. Read more about them below! Of course, we’re working on new stuff, too, but we aren’t ready to spill the beans just yet. However, we do participate in lots of game jams to raise money for charities, including our own - Block by Block.

Minecraft is a game about placing blocks and going on adventures.

Explore randomly generated worlds and build amazing things from the simplest of homes to the grandest of castles. Play in creative mode with unlimited resources or mine deep into the world in survival mode, crafting weapons and armor to fend off the dangerous mobs.

It’s available on PC, Mac, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Playstation 3, Playstation 4, Android Tablets, iOS devices and Kindle Fire. People seem to like it.

Cobalt is both a cosmically huge side-scrolling singleplayer adventure AND an intensely competitive multiplayer arena. Blast robots with super slo-mo trick-shots while uncovering the secrets of a distant colony, pit your skills against co-op challenges or ruin your friends to rule the leaderboards!

It was developed by the lovely folk at Oxeye Game Studio and is available on PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.

Story Mode

Minecraft: Story Mode is like a playable television show based on your favorite game, where YOU are the star, and your choices and actions decide how the story is told.

You are Jesse, and you and your friends are thrown into an awe-inspiring adventure to save the world. While visiting EnderCon, your gang stumbles on something dreadful. Terror is unleashed, and your only hope is to track down the “Order of the Stone”, a fabled group of adventurers who slew the legendary Ender Dragon. But where are they? In a race against time, you will travel across the over-world, through the Nether, to The End, and beyond.

The series is developed by Telltale Games and is available on PC/Mac, Windows 10, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and handheld devices. Check the Apple Store for iOS editions, and Google Play or Amazon for the Android version.

Scrolls is a digitial collectable card game with elements of tactical wargames. You get to build up a personalised army, then face off against others on the battlefield. Scrolls is available for PC/Mac, and Android Tablets.
